Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Shipment time will vary depending on shipment preference.  We do not guarantee 3 to 7 business day arrivals on standard shipping.  Delays due to any force majeure events cannot be guaranteed on all shipping options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR CONTINENTAL US, AK & HI.  

We offer free shipping for standard orders over $30 processed within 3-7 business days for Continental US, AK & HI.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes for 2 Business Days or Next Day Air.  PO Box shipping is available for the standard 3 to 7 business day shipping option.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@moderncolor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
